Policies & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client, please take a moment to review the following guidelines before booking your appointment. These policies help maintain professionalism, clarity, and respect for everyone’s time.

Bookings & Appointments
• All appointments must be booked in advance through the official booking system or by direct confirmation.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or cancellation, depending on the schedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• If your date is postponed, your deposit will be applied to the new confirmed date, provided it is rescheduled in advance and within the same calendar year.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

On-Site & Travel Bookings
• For on-location services, travel fees may apply depending on distance and location.
• Please ensure the working area is clean, well-lit, and has access to a power outlet.

Hygiene & Skin Sensitivity
• All brushes and products are sanitized before each client.
• Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to your appointment.
• I am not responsible for any reactions that occur if such information was not disclosed in advance.

Guests & Environment
• To maintain focus and a calm environment, clients are kindly asked to attend their appointment alone unless otherwise agreed.
• No children or additional guests are allowed during studio sessions for safety and space reasons.

Payments
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service and must be settled before leaving the session or before the event starts.
• Accepted payment methods will be shared at the time of booking.

Photos & Content
• Photos and videos may be taken before or after your session for portfolio or social media purposes.
• If you prefer not to have your images shared, please mention this before your appointment.

Professional Conduct
• Respect and professionalism are expected from both sides.
• Any form of disrespect, inappropriate behavior, or last-minute unreasonable demands will result in immediate cancellation of the service.
